Life Laboratory
Life is an experiment that challenges us at every opportunity.
I will share the secret with you that, without their knowledge, we can make guinea pigs from all people who relate to us and apply the results to our own lives. We can test others with our reactions to them.
Every Monday, test your clients by greeting them with a smile. On Tuesday, greet them with wrinkles. The next day, they greeted indifferently and the following day enthusiastically. Note the results of our experiments, how we influence our clients to behave as they do. We will be surprised how we can influence their behavior patterns not only for the short period they observed, but in many cases for the rest of the day.
It is true, though hard to believe, that when a drop of rain falls into the vast ocean, the sea level rises. Likewise, our behavior towards those we meet not only affects them but through them many other people are related to them.
By doing that, have we increased our ability to bring joy and happiness to the lives of others? Maybe we should find a way to make other people happy not only by greeting them in the morning but by helping them in difficult times in their lives. This will be done in such a way that they themselves will not realize that we pay attention to changes in their lives.
If we do this, we will increase our capacity to recognize others when they need and help them in ways that will meet their immediate needs. As such, we improve our abilities and inclinations to help others.
In life, each of us will meet with many setbacks and difficulties. There are two ways we can reduce the impact of these obstacles. The first is to recognize them as challenges and opportunities to show our courage and the second is to recognize that we are challenged only to our maximum capacity but never exceed. That means that we will be able to overcome the situation and success is guaranteed provided we play our role.
I have found this to be true not only with humans but also with plants and animals. Those of us who have seen rice transplants will know that the seeds are extracted, taken from the bottom of the water, and left on dry soil for two or three days. If the plant has sensitivity, and possesses, it will feel a threat to its life. So, when planted to the ground, it sends the roots far down with double strength. It grows and produces sometimes eight to ten times that of plants that are not transplanted.
As a bacteriologist, I had the opportunity to examine similar bacterial capacities. I find they respond to increased alkalinity in the medium by producing more acid. The more alkali I add, the more acid they produce.
Newton would never have been a scientist who would have been himself had it not been for the intruder who sat next to him in the last row. It is customary in schools to sit according to students sulfur analyzer indonesia who stand in class. The smartest students occupy the first seat in the first row and the most boring in the last row. The oppressor sitting next to Newton was a little better than Newton and much stronger. Because he could not stand the constant intimidation, Newton accepted a physical challenge and hit the bully's head against the church wall. After defeating him physically, Newton decided to defeat him intellectually which he did. Within a few days, Newton was at the top of the class.
We can challenge ourselves every day and win what we think is impossible. Try. I assure you that you will win. I have done it many times. If I can do it, you can do it too. Robert Bruce watched the spider fail seven times to build a net and wondered if the spider would make an eighth attempt because he also tried to take back his country seven times and failed. With his successful eighth attempt, the spider convinced Robert Bruce that he must try the eighth time. He gathered his troops, shocked his enemies, and won.
We must make many adjustments throughout our lives. We married, raised children, divorced, faced death, lost jobs, sought new jobs, moved from one community to another, formed relationships, lost relationships. Conditions in the laboratory of life are always changing. To deal with experiments carried out pa
