Green Furniture Industry
Did you hear of the new "Green" Furniture trends. I came across a recent company in High Pointe promoting eco-friendly furniture. Claims have been made that they are an environmentally friendly company, sells a line of wood furniture of sustainable "green" unique, 100 percent natural and made by skilled craftsmen. Also, they have a membership Sustainable Furniture Council.
Have you ever heard of green furniture is trending today. Claims have been made that they are an environmentally friendly company, sells a line of wood furniture of sustainable "green" unique, 100 percent natural and made by skilled craftsmen. What I find interesting is that some of the pieces of furniture are made deep into the Chiang Mai area of northern Thailand. They use different types of sustainable woods: Monkey Pod, Livestock Teak and Mango Wood. Each timber first solar dried and then klin-dried to create pieces of art.
If you unconsciously Sustainable forest grown specifically for the teak furniture wholesale industry uses only branches Monkey Pod. It is mainly used for the manufacture of each part, which allows the tree to fill their limbs for many years of continued growth.
The pieces that I have experienced include end tables, wall panels, tables and benches, stools and display stands, farm teak spa and decorative accessories.
Each piece is beautiful and unique. as I said before all the items are made from sustainable wood and had a wonderful variety for them since the grains. Also each piece had stains naturally without chemicals. I learned that every piece of furniture is hand carved and finished to a true work of art.
I told the customer will see the levels of humidity and temperature fluctuations that result in natural cracks appeared in the wheat from time to time. It is normal for the type of furniture and add to the beauty and uniqueness of each piece.
I have been looking for another company that compares but only able to find a few rare. Sustainable furniture council a list of companies that use sustainable forestry in their furniture as well meet LEED standards.
